Store Policy


- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may NOTIFY us within 72 hours of receiving item(s).

-Return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange for the total price of the item(s).

- Please return item(s) in original condition (unworn, unwashed & unaltered) with the tags attached. The item must not have gone on sale, been discounted, or be part of a special order.

- To ensure your item(s) gets to us and because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service.

-Please allow up to 1 week from the time you mail your order to us for your exchange to be processed. We will email you once your item has been received.

- IMPORTANT: Return postage will only be covered by Rubies & Pearls Boutique in the case of damaged or wrong merchandising.

- Rubies & Pearls Boutique reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if the above terms have not been followed.


1. Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely in the same envelope or box you received your item(s) in.
2. Include a copy of your order# with the item(s) you are returning.
3. You are responsible for any shipping charges, which occur from the exchange (return postage will only be covered by Rubies & Pearls Boutique in the case of damaged or mis-shipped merchandise).
4. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.
5. As soon as we receive the item you are returning we will inspect the item(s) to make sure it is in the same condition we shipped out to you and after confirming the item(s) meet this criteria we will email you.
